At Kindred Bravely, we want you to be completely comfortable; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to return.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size or color, receive store credit, or get a refund to your original payment method.

• 3.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided, then securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
